- Counsel as Respondent/Claimant in a Counter Claim for a multinational oil and gas company in a domestic Arbitration proceeding at BANI Jakarta in relation to a dispute arising form an engineering project, tender and construction in cathodic protection system in oil port.
- Counsel as Respondent/Claimant in the Counter Claim for a listed company in a domestic Arbitration proceeding in BANI Jakarta in relation to a dispute arising from a beach arising from a reclamation project in North Jakarta.
- Counsel as Respondent for a named Sugar Company in the domestic Arbitration proceedings in BANI Surabaya in relation to a dispute arising from a joint operation of revitalizing sugar mills contract.
- Advising and assiting several international oil and gas company in defending their position against a alleged criminal offence in the field of employment law, fraud, embezzlement, environmental, corruption, etc; in various regional police office in Indonesia.
- Providing legal advice to a Japanese telecommunication company in a contract for the supply of information system for ASIAN GAMES 2018.
- Counsel for an Indonesian company in an International Arbitration proceeding at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA) in relation to a dispute arising from a Shareholders Agreement of a joint venture company.
- Counsel for a Singapore Shipping company as the creditor in the restructuring of one of the largest Indonesian shipping companies.
- Advising and assisting a multi-national telecommunications company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, People’s Republic of China in its capacity as a complainant, in filing a police report and organizing evidence to the Indonesian Regional Police of Metro Jaya, Jakarta.
- Advising an Indonesian run-of-river hydroelectric power plant company to review project documents including Power Purchase Agreements and Operation & Maintenance Agreements.
- Advising for a State-Owned Indonesian shipping company on charterparty dispute.
- Advising an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise in developing its strategy for the purpose of business expansion to other countries in Southeast Asia.

- Advising a mini-hydro power plant company in relation to its credit request submission to a national bank in Indonesia by analyzing the facility agreements and ensuring the completeness of the required documents in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
